Who handles your enquiry

Liquitidy is the name used for this acquisition enquiry service. Enquiries are reviewed by the prospective buyer operating the service.

What you share

The form collects your name, work email, organisation, the kind of opportunity you are considering and any optional portfolio information you provide. It also records your acknowledgement of this notice. Please send only a non-confidential overview.

How the information is used

Your enquiry is emailed to the operator to assess the opportunity and respond to you. The email includes any campaign tags in the link you used, the first page you visited during the session and the referring website’s origin, where available. This helps identify how enquiries reach the site. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Technical services and storage

The site’s hosting and email providers process the request to operate the service and deliver the message. Submitted information is retained in the receiving inbox. The application does not keep a separate enquiry archive.

Temporary request counters are used to reduce spam. The application does not write your message or contact details to its diagnostic logs. Hosting providers may keep their own technical request logs.

Browser storage

When you send an enquiry, Google reCAPTCHA checks for automated abuse. It processes technical browser and interaction information and sets a security cookie. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. The site loads reCAPTCHA when you press “Send enquiry”.

A light or dark theme preference is saved locally in your browser when you use the theme switch. The site uses session storage to remember referral and campaign information during your visit. It does not store your enquiry fields there. The cost calculator runs in your browser and does not send or store its inputs. The site does not load advertising trackers.

Questions or data requests

Use the enquiry form with “Data request” in your message, or reply to any email you have received from the operator. Include enough context to identify your enquiry, and avoid sending sensitive documents.
